Die Manufacturing
We cut our own dies. That means faster lead times on custom profiles, tighter dimensional control, and no third-party dependency when a geometry needs to change. Send us a DXF, DWG, PDF, or a clear sketch - our tooling team takes it from there.
Aluminium Extrusion
Raw billet in. Finished profile out. Standard sections from the catalogue or custom geometries from your drawing - extruded to exact cross-section tolerances in EN AW6063. AHU profiles, fan mount rails, clean room sections, and bespoke industrial extrusions.
Powder Coating
Electrostatically applied polymer powder, heat-cured to a durable finish. Available in a wide range of colours. Scratch resistant, corrosion resistant, and visually consistent - the right finish for AHU profiles in standard commercial and industrial environments.
Anodizing
An electrochemical process that builds a hard oxide layer directly into the aluminium surface - not on top of it. Increased surface hardness, enhanced corrosion resistance, and a cleanable finish suited to pharmaceutical, healthcare, and clean room AHU applications.
Thermal Break System
Aluminium profiles with an integrated PA6 GF30% nylon insert - separating the inner and outer faces to prevent heat transfer across the frame. Our 50-45 thermal break series is independently tested by TÜV NORD Germany to EN 1886:2007.

Powder coating applies a polymer finish on top of the aluminium surface - excellent for colour range and scratch resistance in standard AHU and industrial applications. Anodizing builds a protective oxide layer into the surface itself - harder, thinner, and the preferred finish for clean room and pharmaceutical environments where cleanability and surface integrity matter.

EN AW6063 throughout - the 6000 series magnesium-silicon alloy that is the standard for architectural and industrial aluminium extrusion. Consistent billet quality, good surface finish, and suited to both powder coating and anodizing.
A PA6 GF30% nylon insert is integrated between the inner and outer aluminium faces during profile assembly - preventing heat from conducting across the frame. The result is a panel frame that maintains a temperature differential between inside and outside faces, reducing condensation and improving the AHU's energy classification under EN 1886:2007.
