From the first conversation about panel thickness to the component arriving at your production line - Vivant manages every step.

Specify Phase

You come with a requirement. Panel thickness, thermal target, operating environment, volume. We work through the catalogue with you - or go off-catalogue if nothing fits. No requirement is too specific.

Engineer Phase

Every Vivant series is a system, not a parts list. Corner profiles, omega profiles, and joiners are designed to interface at exact tolerances. Multi-part assemblies - inner door profiles, section joining variants, snap-fix systems, clean room profiles - are developed as complete coordinated sets.

Manufacture Phase

EN AW6063 aluminium extrusion and VDI 6022 nylon moulding across our Chennai and Faridabad facilities. 30,000 sq ft of production capacity. ISO 9001:2015 quality management. The 50-45 thermal break series independently tested by TÜV NORD to EN 1886:2007.

Supply Phase

Part-coded, spec-matched, line-ready. Trade centres in Mumbai and Hyderabad cover western and southern India. Dual-factory infrastructure means supply continuity even when demand spikes.

Materials

Aluminium

EN AW6063 6000 series Mg-Si alloy - optimised for extrusion, good surface quality, corrosion resistant. Mill finish or anodized. T6 treatment for structural and fan mounting profiles. Used for: corner profiles, omega profiles, fan mounting rails, damper blade, base, shoulder, and intermediate profiles.

Nylon

VDI 6022 Standard Glass fibre reinforced nylon manufactured to VDI 6022 hygiene standard for ventilation and air conditioning applications. Non-conductive - critical for the thermal break function. Used for: corner joiners, omega joiners, section joining joiners, damper gear, handles, hinges, knobs, sleeves, panel breakers, unit connectors.

Natural Rubber

Used for: anti vibration mounts, damper gaskets, rubber grommets, rubber pads.

Galvanised Iron

Used for: motor brackets, damper handle (GI variant).

Polycarbonate

Used for: square and round view ports.

Copper

Used for: LW coils, pancake coils, U bends - heat exchanger coil fabrication.
